Sunrise Asian Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. To appoint the Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer of the Company.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. To appoint Mr. Nitesh Ranjan as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. To appoint a Woman Independent Director in the Company.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;4. To take note of the resignation of Mr. K. M. Jani as the Chairman and the Independent Director of the Company&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;5. To appoint the Chairman of the Company.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;6. To take note of the resignation of Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Jain as the Independent Director of the Company.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;7. To consider the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;8. To reconstitute the various committees of the Board of Directors in the light of recent resignations and appointments.
