| SUPREME TEX MART LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th August, 2018;<BR> <BR> 1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018.<BR> 2. To consider and approve the Director Report for the Financial Year Ending 31st March, 2018.<BR> 3.
