| SURAJ LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Suraj Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 19, 2024 inter alia to consider and approve following business at the meeting: 1. To consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June, 30, 2024. 2. Any other item with the permission of the Chair and majority of Directors. As informed by our communication dated June 27, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all designated persons from July 01, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the of the Audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024. | |
