This is to inform you that Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person and Immediate Relatives of Designated Person" (The Code), the trading window shall remain closed for person covered under the Code from 01st April, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024.
Accordingly, all Directors / Connected / Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
