| We refer to your e-mail dt. 06th January, 2021, seeking clarification on movement in price of the shares of Surana Solar Limited ('the Company').<BR> <BR> We wish to inform you that as on date, there is no material relevant information /event having a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company which requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"). All the information/events which have a bearing on the operations of the Company are disclosed to the Exchange on immediate basis as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
