This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Reg., 2015, as amended from time to time, read with Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons" (The Code), the trading window shall remain closed for persons covered under the Code from 01.04.2024 till end of 48 Hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and financial Year ended 31.03.2024. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected/ Designated Persons of the company have been advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
