As per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and any other applicable regulations, if any, as amended from time to time the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of Surya India Limited (''the Company") will remain closed for ''Designated Persons'' and ''persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information'' From Monday, 01st day of April, 2024 up to the Completion of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ending on 31st March, 2024. The details of the date of Board meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the Financial results for the Quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2024 shall be intimated in due course of time.
