Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015. this is to inform you that Mrs. Bhavna Kasturia (DIN: 08858309) vide her letter dated 8th December, 2021 has tendered her resignation from the office of Independent Director of Surya Roshni Limited with effect from close of busines hours of December 08, 2021 due to current engagements and some other pre-existing commitments, it is becoming difficult to fulfil her responsibilities as a Director on the Board of the Company.
