Pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure (Including Determination of Legitimate Purpose), Internal Procedures & Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) of the Company under the SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Sunday, October 1, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on September 30, 2023. Accordingly, all the directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the BM of the Company for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 will be intimated in the due course.
