| Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III PArt-A-Para A of Listing Regualtions and Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Mangerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, Board of Directors on the recommendation of Nomionation and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee have approved the reappointment of Shri Gajanan N. Chhawsaria as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Mangerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company at the Board Meeting held today on August 14, 2024 for a period of 3 years commencing from August 13, 2024 and he shall be considered as Key Managerial Personnel of the company. The relevant details pertaining to reappointment of Shri Gajanan N. Chhawsaria pursuant to regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure A. | |
