Sri Surender Reddy Ramasahayam (DIN-00083972) who ceased to be an Independent Director of the company w.e.f. 31/03/2024 upon completion of his tenure of second term of five consecutive years, was appointed as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
