With reference to Circular dated 2nd April, 2019 received from BSE Limited regarding clarification on trading restriction period under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the date of the Board Meeting wherein the results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 would be considered (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said Financial Results will be communicated in due course of time.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the aforesaid information on your records.
