Svarnim Trade Udyog Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve to consolidate the face value of Equity Shares from Re. 1/- to Rs. 10/- in the ensuing Board Meeting to be held on February 11, 2022, to consider and approve consolidation of equity shares of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders.
