SVS Ventures Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 29th May, 2023 inter-alia i) To consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results along with Statutory Auditors report thereon for the Half Year and Year ended on 31st March 2023. ii)To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair Further, as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for all Designated Persons of the Company w.e.f 01st April, 2023 and shall be open after 48 hours from the declaration of the Results.
