Syncom Formulations India Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 05, 2014 to August 16, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2014 to consider and approve, among others, Unaudited financial statement for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>All the designated directors and Employees were advised not to deal in the shares and securities of the Company during this period.
