Syncom Formulations India Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Corporate Announcement u/r 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 regarding intimation of holding the 3/2025-26 Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025.
