Syncom Healthcare Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations , 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 14 ,2021 inter-alia, to consider following items as mentioned below:-<BR> <BR> 1.
