Revised Closure of Trading Window for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2021. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with the Company''s Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, we would like to inform that window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, KMPs, Promoters and Promoter Groups and for all Designated Persons of the Company from 01st January, 2022 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021.
