Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that at the AGM held today, September 26, 2024, the members approved the following: 1. Final Dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each 2. Appointment of Mr. Ganesh Ramanathan as Non-executive Independent Director of the Company 3.Sub-division/Split of Equity Shares of the Company 4. Alteration to the Authorised Share Capital Clause of the MOA consequent upon sub-division/split of Equity Shares of the Company 5. Adoption of the new set of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
