Please refer our corporate filing dated 5th November, 2020 regarding sale of Company's Spinning Mill Assets located at Rajula, Gujarat to M/s Resilient Cotspin, Bhavnagar, Gujarat.<BR> <BR> This is to inform you and all stakeholders of the Company that buyer i.e.; Resilient Cotspin has withdrawn their offer and accordingly MOU stands cancelled. Security Deposit has been refunded to buyer.<BR> <BR> Now company is searching new customer for aforesaid assets and negotiation is going on with few prospective customers. We shall update to Stock Exchanges on any development for sale of aforesaid assets.<BR>
