Notice is hereby given that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) Amendment 2018 and clarification issued by BSE and NSE vide its circular no. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 respectively dated April 02, 2019 the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from April 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of the meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results of the company for the quarter ending March 31, 2020 will be informed in due course.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the above information on record<BR>
