| Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 25, 2021, inter-alia, to take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 and recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2021.<BR><BR>Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by the designated persons, the trading window of the Company has already been closed from April 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 and recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2021.The same has already been informed to Stock Exchanges, vide the Company's letter dated March 31, 2021. | |
