Notice is hereby given that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) Amendment 2018 and clarification issued by BSE and NSE vide its circular no. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 respectively dated April 02, 2019 the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2021. The date of the meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results of the company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2021 will be informed in due course.
