With reference to the subject cited above, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 08, 2021 commenced at 2:30 PM and concluded at 07:50 PM have discussed and agreed on the outlook for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) FY 2021-22.<BR> <BR> The Board agreed that the AOP will be built using the Balance Score Card framework. The Company will continue to enhance and build capabilities for its platforms, focus on financial performance and international expansion.
