TANTIA CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 and other relevant regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 notice is hereby given that the 27th meeting of the members of the Monitoring Committee of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 30th May, 2023 via video conferencing at 11.30 A.M., inter-alia, to consider and approve among other matters the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Auditors Report and its annexures for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.
