| We had vide our letter dated August 13, 2022 informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Audit Committee and, the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on August 13, 2022 had recommended the appointment of M/s. Hegde & Associates , Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, for consideration of the Shareholders, at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). We wish to inform you that at the 37th AGM of the Company held on September 30, 2022, the Shareholders of the Company have approved the appointment of M/s. Hegde & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Registration No: FRN/103610W), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a first term of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of 37th AGM till the conclusion of the 41st AGM of the Company...... | |
