| TASHI INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 10th, Day of August, 2022 at 1.00 P.M at the registered office of the Company at Imambada Road, Nagpur- 440018 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter & Three Months ended on 30th June 2022. Further in terms of Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015 the trading window for dealing/trading in the Securities/Shares of the Company remains closed from 01st July, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2022. The same has been intimated to all the Designated Employees including Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. | |
