D'Souza as Managing Director & CEO of the Company effective from April 4, 2020, respectively.<BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with paragraph A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Ajoy Kumar Misra is retiring as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer effective close of business hours of March 31, 2020.
