| This is further to our letter dated August 13, 2020 wherein we informed about appointment of Mr. Harjit Singh as Manager and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company u/s 203 of the Companies Act 2013 effective August 12, 2020 for a period of three years upto August 11, 2023. There was no specific title/designation which was decided that time.<BR> <BR> This is to inform that the Board in its meeting held on June 1, 2021, has decided that Mr. Harjit Singh will continue as a Manager and be designated as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective June 01, 2021 for the remaining term.<BR> | |
