This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated March 13, 2023 informing about notice of the Postal Ballot seeking approval of the Members of the Company in respect of the items set out in the said Notice through remote e-voting system. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the Scrutinizer Report dated April 12, 2023 on the Postal Ballot, we wish to inform you that the Members of the Company have duly passed the resolution as set out in the said Notice with requisite majority on April 12, 2023 being the last date for e-voting. In view of the above, please find enclosed herewith the details of voting result in the format specified under Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
