| TATIA GLOBAL VENNTURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In pursuance of Regulation 29 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the 1st meeting of Board of Directors of the Company for the financial year 2023-24, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at the Registered Office of the Company at New No. 29, Old No. 12, Mookathal Street, IInd Floor, Purasawalkam, Chennai - 600 007, at 05:00 PM, inter-alia, to conduct the following business: a) To consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2023 along with audit report issued by the Statutory Auditors; b) To take note of compliances for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2023; c) To take note of the annual compliances such as form DIR-8, MBP-1 etc. | |
