Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we are pleased to inform you that the Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of Company in its meeting held on today, dated March 14, 2023 has allotted 5,250 (Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty) Equity Shares as fully paid-up under ESOS-2016 Plan (Tranche 2 of Part-IV), to the eligible employees of the Company, upon exercise of vested options. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.
