This is to inform you that in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companies Code of Conduct to prevent Insider Trading, the Trading Window of for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for considering the Unaudited Financials Results for the Second Quarter ended 30th September, 2025 and other allied matters, with effect from end of day of Tuesday, 30th September 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours of conclusion of Board Meeting at which the said Unaudited financials results shall be approved.
