Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Techknowgreen Solutions Limited has decided to issue Tokens on blockchain under the name 'SusT' (Sustainable Token) as part of its sustainability-linked initiatives.
We have uploaded a comprehensive Whitepaper which details tokenomics, rules of issuance, and phase-wise plan.
The issuance of these tokens, starting from 2nd April 2026, will be based on the following criteria:
1. Service-Based Issuance:
Copper Tokens equivalent to 0.1% of the payment amount received from the client will be issued.
2. Yuka Yantra - Air Purifier (Based on Air Purification Output):
1 Cu SusT token will be issued for every 10,000 m?? of air purified.
