Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Techknowgreen Solutions Limited ('TSL') has entered into a Teaming Up Agreement (TUA) dated April 14, 2026, with Sri Sri Naisargik LLP ('SSNL').
The agreement establishes a strategic collaboration between TSL and SSNL for the deployment, promotion, and execution of Yuka Yantra - Ambient Air Purification System and other environmental technologies across India and international markets.
