| This is to inform that Hon'ble NCLT, New Delhi Bench (Court-II) has allowed/confirmed the appointment of Mr. Atul Mittal (IP), having IBBI registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00439/2017-18/10762 , as RP in the wake of resolution passed by COC to replace Mr. Pradeep Kumar, IRP with Mr. Atul Mittal (IP). In this connection, NCLT order bearing No. IB-681/ND/2022 New IA-601/2023 is enclosed herewith for ready reference. | |
