Tega Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone as well as Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2022. Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct For Prohibition of Insider Trading ('the Code of Conduct'), the Company has already informed to Stock Exchanges vide its letter dated March 28, 2022 that the trading window for trading in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 1, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 and accordingly, the trading window shall be closed till May 26, 2022 and shall re-open thereafter.
