This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the Company from 1st April, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2023. The date of declaration of the Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
