We are pleased to inform you that the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 31st October, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing. <BR> <BR> Hence, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 10 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015; Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24th October, 2020 to 30th October, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company. <BR> Please find the enclosed Notice and Annual Report of 26th AGM.
