This is further to our letter dated August 12, 2021, intimating schedule of the Rights Issue of the Company. <BR> <BR> In relation to the Rights Issue, the Finance and Investment Committee of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on today i.e. September 08, 2021, has approved the extension of the Issue Closing Date by 15 (Fifteen) days and accordingly, the revised schedule of Rights Issue of the Company shall be as follows:<BR> <BR> Last date for On Market Renunciation of Rights Entitlement : Friday, September 24, 2021<BR> <BR> Issue Closing Date : Wednesday, September 29, 2021<BR> <BR> We request you to take this on record and to treat the same as compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
