TEXMO PIPES & PRODUCTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 along with other agenda items. Further, as per our letter dated 29th June, 2024 and as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in respect of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares, the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed till 16th August, 2024.
