Texmo Pipes And Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the subject cited above, we wish to inform you that that as per Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th November, 2025 at 04:00 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025 along with other agenda items.
Further, as per our letter dated 29th September, 2025 and as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in respect of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares, the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed till 17th November, 2025.
