| TGB BANQUETS AND HOTELS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 03rd February, 2022 at the registered office of the situated at 'The Grand Bhagwati' Plot No.380, S.G. Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad- 380054 at 4.00 PM. Inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2021. Further, as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window Closure Period will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 03rd February, 2022.
