| The Hi-Tech Gears Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 08th Day of February, 2023 to consider inter-alia the following: i) To consider & approve the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. ii) Any other matter with the consent of the Chair and other Directors present. Further, with reference to our letter dated December 23, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2023 and shall remain closed to the closing hours of February 10, 2023 (Both days inclusive). | |
