L/SURV/ONL/PV/KA/2023-2024/626 dated March 02, 2024 seeking clarification on increase in volume of The Hi-Tech Gears Limited "the Company", we wish to inform your good office that the company have been submitted prompt disclosure of all events or information''s which having a bearing on the operation of the Company in pursuance to reg. 30 read with schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015. Further, as on date there is no material relevant event/information having bearing on opertions/performance of the company which requires disclosure under provisions of reg. 30 read with schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015.
