To consider & recommend dividend, if any. To transact any other matter which the board may deem fit. The Notice has also been published in the "Financial Express" (English), "Loksatta" (Marathi) and "Jansatta" (Hindi) on 14.05.2022 and the said notice is also available on Company''s website at www.newindia.co.in.
