This has reference to our letter dated 01.08.2022 whereby we informed you that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, 10th of August, 2022 through Video Conferencing inter alia, To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. To consider the record date for payment of Dividend for FY 2021-22. To transact any other matter which the board may deem fit. The Notice has also been published in the "Financial Express" (English), "Loksatta" (Marathi) and "Jansatta" (Hindi) on 02.08.2022 and the said notice is also available on Company''s website at www.newindia.co.in.
