In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. March 23, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. has inter-alia, considered and approved the following businesses:-&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 1. Declaration of Interim Dividend : &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The Board has declared Interim Dividend @ Rs. 175/- per equity share of Rupees 100/- each for the financial year 2019-20. &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 2. Fixation of Record Date :&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The Record date for payment of Interim Dividend is fixed as March 27, 2020 for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. We agree to ensure that the time gap between two record dates will be at least 30 days.&lt;BR&gt;
