Moudgil & Co., Chartered Accountants ( Firm Registration No. 001010N), has been re-appointed as a Statutory Auditors of the Company for the second term of five (5) consecutive years, from the conclusion of this 68th Annual General Meeting (from August 25, 2022) till the conclusion of the 73rd Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2027, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
