Further to our intimation about the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 7th November, 2022, we have to intimate that the Board of Directors (the Board) vide a resolution passed by circulation on 9th November, 2022 has rescinded the following resolution passed by the Board at its meeting held on 7th November, 2022 due to sudden unforeseen circumstances: Resolution authorising the Company for Purchase of 9,39,597 equity shares (representing 6.47%) of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited, a company listed on the BSE Limited, from Pharmaceutical Business Group [India] Limited (PBG India) at Rupees 745 per share aggregating to Rupees Seventy crores.
